Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Aikibin ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Aikibin, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Aikibin on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Aikibin is a software-as-a-service product that allows you to post job requirements, upload candidate resumes, and receive AI-generated screening scores, summaries, and suggested interview questions to help inform your recruitment process.

AI output is advisory only. Screening scores, recommendations, and red flags are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Aikibin is a tool to support your hiring process, not a substitute for your own judgment. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions, and for ensuring your use of Aikibin complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

When you upload a candidate's resume to Aikibin, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect, process, and share that person's information with us for the purpose of recruitment screening, and that you have met any notification obligations you owe to that candidate under applicable privacy law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you upload.

Paid plans (Solo, Team, Agency, and Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your resume screening quota resets at the start of each billing period. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals at the end of your current billing period rather than immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use Aikibin for any unlawful purpose, including unlawful discrimination in hiring;
• Upload data you do not have the right to share with us;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• Share your account access with anyone outside your organization without our consent.

We own all rights in the Aikibin software and platform. You retain ownership of the job postings and candidate data you upload. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Aikibin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aikibin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any hiring decision made using information from the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Aikibin and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aikibin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
